Drawing on their diverse educational backgrounds and professional experiences, they aim to collaborate to create programs that are impactful, meaningful, and strategically aligned with our mission.

Their expertise helps us maximize the impact of every contribution, turning generosity into real-world results that empower girls and women through education, mentorship, and opportunity.


Dr. Riham Al-Saadi, Ph.D.
Program Development & Evaluation Consultant, Dream To Bloom Foundation

Dr. Riham Al-Saadi serves as the Program Development & Evaluation Consultant for Dream to Bloom. She is an Assistant Professor at the School of Social Work at the University of Windsor, as well as a Sessional Instructor teaching Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD-level courses within the School of Social Work.

In her role with Dream to Bloom, Dr. Al-Saadi works closely with Foundation leadership to transform fundraising resources into meaningful, evidence-informed programs. She leads the development, coordination, and evaluation of workshops and initiatives designed to support and empower girls and women, ensuring programming is ethical, effective, and responsive to community needs.

Dr. Al-Saadi is also a registered social worker and the owner of Transparency Therapy, a private practice in Windsor providing counseling and therapeutic support to a diverse client base. She previously worked as a social worker with the Hospice of Windsor-Essex County, where she supported individuals and families through complex and sensitive life experiences.

With extensive academic, clinical, and community-based experience, Dr. Al-Saadi brings a wealth of expertise, insight, and guidance to Dream to Bloom’s program development efforts, helping ensure the Foundation’s initiatives are grounded in best practices, research, and meaningful community impact.


Isabelle Messa, M.Sc., M.A., PhD Candidate
Mental Health & Wellness Consultant, Dream To Bloom Foundation

Isabelle Messa, M.Sc., M.A., PhD Cand. is a Clinical Neuropsychology doctoral resident currently completing her pre-doctoral residency at London Health Sciences Centre. In her clinical work, she provides neuropsychological consultation and comprehensive cognitive assessments for individuals and families across the lifespan.

Isabelle is deeply passionate about promoting mental health, resilience, and wellbeing in children, adolescents, and women. She is especially drawn to prevention-focused and strengths-based approaches that help individuals build emotional insight, coping skills, and a strong sense of self. As a mother, Isabelle appreciates how profoundly parents want their children to flourish, and she is committed to supporting families in creating environments that nurture healthy development and lifelong wellbeing.

In her role as Mental Health and Wellness Coordinator, Isabelle works to develop and support programming that is accessible, evidence-informed, and grounded in compassion. She is dedicated to advancing community initiatives that reduce stigma, increase mental health literacy, and empower women and girls to thrive.

Isabelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies (2010) and Master’s degree in Neuroscience (2014) from the University of Waterloo, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology (2020) from the University of Windsor, where she is completing her doctoral training.

Her clinical experience includes training at Baycrest Hospital in Toronto, Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare in Windsor, and London Health Sciences Centre in London, as well as work in academic and community clinic settings. Across these roles, Isabelle has focused on providing thoughtful, individualized care and translating brain science into practical, meaningful support for everyday life.


Constable Kandice Scott
Community Partnerships & Outreach Consultant, Dream To Bloom Foundation

Constable Kandice Scott brings over 13 years of experience as a police officer and a strong background in community leadership. She has served as a consultant with Leadership Advancement for Women and Sport, sat on the board as Community Coordinator for Essex County Special Olympics for over 10 years, coached females in fast-pitch softball for 15 years, and currently coordinates a Peer Support Program for approximately 700 members. Kandice provides guidance on community engagement, partnership development, and outreach initiatives that support women and girls, helping Dream to Bloom strengthen trusted community connections and collaborative programs.


Kahentiiosta Yen
Indigenous Community & Program Consultant, Dream To Bloom Foundation

Kahentiiosta Yen is Kanien’kéha from Kahnawà:ke Mohawk Territory, Quebec, Bear Clan, and currently resides in the Windsor–Essex region. She brings extensive experience in Indigenous education, culture, and community engagement. She currently serves as Child Care Director at Ska:na Family Learning Centre overseeing seven child care centres in SWO, where she leads culturally responsive programming, integrates Indigenous language and traditions into early childhood education, and mentors staff on culturally informed practices. Previously, she worked as an Indigenous Culture and Language Specialist at Ska:na, developing and delivering programming in collaboration with Elders and knowledge keepers to ensure authentic Indigenous teachings. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from the University of Windsor and has served in numerous Indigenous leadership and advisory roles, including with local school boards, municipal committees, early childhood educator committees, and community organizations. Throughout her career, she has been committed to advancing Indigenous representation, supporting reconciliation initiatives, and creating programs that honor Indigenous knowledge, culture, and youth development.


Lindsay McBride
Social Work & Mental Health Community Resources Consultant, Dream To Bloom Foundation

Lindsay McBride is our Social Work & Mental Health Community Resources Consultant with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals and families through the Canadian Mental Health Association. She holds a Master of Arts specializing in Mental Health, a Bachelor of Social Work, and an Honours degree in Criminology and Sociology.

Lindsay is deeply passionate about working with individuals and communities who experience disadvantage and barriers to care. Her work is grounded in compassion, advocacy, and a strengths based approach that prioritizes dignity, empowerment, and meaningful connection.

She is especially invested in women’s health, particularly mental health and self esteem, informed by both her professional experience and her personal journey in recovery from an eating disorder. This lived experience shapes her commitment to creating safe and supportive spaces where people feel seen, understood, and capable of growth.

A strong advocate for self care, healthy relationships, and accessible community supports, Lindsay believes meaningful change happens when individuals feel supported and empowered. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, resilience, and honoring each person’s unique strengths.
